our general support service is ad-hoc support, tailored to you.

We get it. Computers don't always work the way we'd like them to. Here at Asperger Media, we work with you, and more importantly, with the systems and software you have now to help your business.

At Asperger Media, we believe that you have the systems and software in place that you do, for a reason. We have no desire to update or change things unless you've already decided to go that route.

We bill on an hourly rate, and your first seven minutes per day is free. We do not do pay-by-the-month support contracts for clients, unless it is better to do so, say, if you use us every day for support.

We offer a service to do the initial set up and configuration of password managers for our clients. We will do this confidentially, and we do not store your passwords (your password manager, on your computer, does).

iPhone and iPad Support

Asperger Media offers full-service support for iPhones (right back to the iPhone 4S) and iPads. If you're having an issue with your iPhone or iPad, let us know and we'll see what we can do to help.

This service is only available as in-person. A minimum charge of $33.00 inc. GST applies for this service.

iPhone repair service

Asperger Media offers limited repairs on limited iPhone models. Give us a call to find out what devices we are able to repair, and what parts we can get for your device.

This service is subject to labour charges and parts charges. We will provide a quote before any work is done.

Systems Administration Service

Asperger Media can manage any Windows or Linux server you've got. Be that an on-premises server or your web server, we can manage it for you at an hourly rate. Get in touch for options.

Servers and Network Storage

Asperger Media can procure new servers or storate equipment for you to use over the cloud or in your office. We offer a range of options depending on your requirements. Get in touch for options.
