Here at Asperger Media, we charge an hourly rate for support and labour. The outline of these costs is below:
Charges for Our Support Services and Incidentals.
Any generalised remote or onsite support, printer support, etc that is not otherwise covered by a line item.
When we provide hardware service to your products, we will charge repair labour.
Charged once, if you need us immediately. We will not charge a callout fee if you can fit into a schedule for next-business-day support.
We consult to businesses. If you contact us to walk you through a repair, we will charge an hourly rate for this work.
