When you sign our contracts, you acknowledge that, and provides consent for, Asperger Media Pty Ltd to store your information on any or all the following: OneDrive for Business, Google Drive, iCloud, Amazon AWS, Sender, Mailgun, BinaryLane, and/or on a, or more than one, server(s) that Asperger Media Pty Ltd physically own, and colocate within Equinix SY3.
When you sign our contracts, you acknowledge and agree to Asperger Media Pty Ltd sharing information that we have collected under this privacy policy with an Information Technology Provider or Managed Service Provider of our choice if or when Asperger Media Pty Ltd may need to outsource work, or your choice if or when you terminates this contract, Asperger Media Pty Ltd terminates this contract, or this contract expires.
